SCM & Planning Engineers
In order to provide Technical Services, CEIL invites applications from Experienced SCM (Contracts & Purchase) Engineers, SCM (Inspection) Engineers / SCM (Procurement Development) and Planning Engineers for services at Offices in India
Engagement purely on Contract basis for a period of one year subject to satisfactory performance, extendable (if required) up to 36 months or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier after which the employment with CEIL stands terminated.

Educational Qualification
Construction & NDT Engineers
Construction Engineers :
** Full time Bachelor Degree BE/B.Tech with Minimum 50% marks in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering discipline.
Welding/NDT Engineers :
** Full time Bachelor Degree BE/B.Tech with Minimum 50% marks in Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering and Certification in NDT techniques (Level-II in UT, RT) as per ASNT / ISNT.
For Planning : Degree in any branch of Engineering.
For Safety :
** Degree or Diploma in any branch of Engineering and Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety.
For Warehouse :
** Degree or Diploma in any branch of Engineering with diploma in Materials Management OR Science/Arts/Commerce Graduate with diploma in Materials Management. Having knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System shall be preferred.
SCM & Planning Engineers
For SCM (Contracts and Purchase) (C&P):
** Full time Bachelor Degree with Minimum 60% marks in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering discipline.
For SCM (Inspection /and PDD):
a) Applicant should be Engineering Graduate (Full Time) with Minimum 60% marks in Mechanical/Production/Metallurgical / Electrical discipline.
b) Certification :
** In addition to above educational qualification, candidates should have *ASNT Level II certification in NDT Methods MPT, DPT, UT and RT.(Not Applicable for Electrical Engineers)
For Planning Engineers :
** Full time Degree in any branch of Engineering with Minimum 60% marks.
Post-Qualification Experience
Construction & NDT Engineers :
Applicant should have relevant experience as under :
For Construction Engineers / Welding / NDT Engineers :
** Post-Qualification Experience in construction supervision, installation and site supervision in Hydrocarbon (offshore/onshore) / Fertilizers / Infrastructure / Pipelines / Metallurgical Plants / Power Plants.
For Safety Engineers :
** Post-Qualification experience and familiarity in Hydrocarbon / Fertilizers / Infrastructure / Pipelines / Metallurgical Plants / Power Plants.
For Warehousing :
** Post-Qualification Experience in Hydrocarbon / Fertilizers / Infrastructure / Pipelines / Metallurgical Plants / Power Plants / other manufacturing units is preferred.
For Planning :
** Post-Qualification experience in Hydrocarbon / Fertilizers / Infrastructure / Piplelines / Metallurgical Plants / Power Plants is preferred.
SCM & Planning Engineers :
For Supply Chain Engineer (Contract & Purchase) :
** Graduate Engineer having relevant experience of procurement / contracting related to mechanical, electrical, equipment, award of construction contract, etc. including preparation of NIT/RFQ for site works, preparation of purchase orders / contracts, commercial evaluation, etc. for an industry preferably in oil & gas sector.
** The candidate necessarily requires to have good communication skills.
** The candidate should be confident and be capable of good presentation skills.
For Supply Chain Engineer (Inspection)/Supply Chain Engineer (Procurement Development) :
** Shall have experience in stage wise /Final Inspection of bought out items, Inspection of Line pipes, pressure vessels columns Heat Exchangers Air Fin Coolers Rotating Machinery , Package Equipment, Inspection of PLC, Flow meters, Motors, DG sets, Transformer Cables Capacitors, Accumulators, Electrical Switch Boards preferably pertaining to Oil and Gas, Chemical, Power plant, Fertlizer, etc.
Place of Posting

1.The place of posting shall be construction site anywhere in India.*
SCM & Planning Engineers :
1. For SCM( Contracts and Purchase ) Engineers – At New Delhi /Gurgaon
2. For Planning Engineers – At New Delhi / Gurgaon
3. For SCM (Inspection)/SCM(Procurement Development) -In offices any where in India
Outstation / Overseas assignment :
** In certain cases Engineers may be required to travel to perform services from one place to other places within India or Overseas.
** Travel / Daily allowances for official tour within India and foreign allowances for overseas tours / assignment shall be as per company Rules.
** In all such cases, the Engineers will be deputed at Construction sites and shall observe the work days/timings in shifts as applicable to Client’s employees at the place of posting.

In the subject line of email, the candidate must write the relevant position under discipline mentioned as under :
Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Welding/NDT, Safety, Warehousing, Planning.

4) Short listed candidates will be informed about the Date, time and venue of the Interviews through email mentioned in the CV. Interviews will be held at CEIL offices in New Delhi , Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata and Ahmedabad. In some cases interviews will be conducted at these offices through Skype / Video conference.

Important Instructions
1. Candidates are required to bring the following Original Certificates at the time of interview :
** Proof of age.
** Educational qualifications (all mark sheet & certificates).

General information/Condition
1. Age Relaxation :

Note :
** Upper age limit is relaxable for Ex-Servicemen as per Government Guidelines.

2) Computer proficiency is essential.
3) Job is purely on temporary basis and does not carry any liability on CEIL for regular appointment at any stage. In no case the contract period will be extended beyond 36 months.

5) Selected Candidates shall be allowed to join after Police verification done.
Emoluments :
1) No perks or allowances, other than the consolidated salary mentioned above, would be admissible. In case of extension beyond one year of service, increment @ 3% every year on the Basic Pay will be considered for next 2 years. Breakup of consolidated salary and increment amount will be provided in the offer letter.
2) No TA/DA will be given for attending interviews.
