How To Apply

** If you are eligible to apply for PMAY, you can follow the below steps.
** The new deadline has been extended for the MIG applicants only.
** The new deadline to avail a subsidy of up to Rs. 2.6 Lakh is March 2019.

Apply Online :
Before applying for PM Awas Yojana online, please make sure that You are eligible to apply for the scheme, Check Your name in the PMAY beneficiary list.

Steps to check name in PMAY – Urban beneficiary list :
Go to the official website Click “Search Beneficiary” Tab in the main menu Click on “Search by name” link in the drop down menu.

The Search By Name screen will be displayed
Step 1 : Please enter atleast first 3 character of your Name
Step 2 : Click Show button

Step 3 : List of PMAY beneficiaries matching your name would be displayed
Step 4 : You can find your names against your father name/Gender/etc.

Step 5 : Then Click your name and then entering your mobile number and verifying it with the OTP.

Online Application Procedure

Go to the official website of PMAY and then click “Citizen Assessment” tab in main menu, Click For Slum dwellers from the drop down menu

On the next page as seen below, you will have to enter your Aadhaar number and click the “Check” button.

Note : For income group greater than 50000 pm cannot apply online. Please contact banks directly to apply under CLSS MIG and visit CLSS section of MoHUA website

Edit Assessment Form

Go to the official website of PMAY and then click “Citizen Assessment” tab in main menu, Click “Edit Assessment” link from the drop down menu

Step 1 : Enter Your Assessment ID [25896371]
Step 2 : Enter Your Aadhaar No. [87963254781]
Step 3 : Enter Your Mobile No. [9876543210]
Step 4 : Click Show Button. Now you can edit your details.

Print Assessment Form

Go to the official website of PMAY and then click “Citizen Assessment” tab in main menu, Click “Print Assessment” link from the drop down menu
Step 1 : Select Any one Check box [By Name, Father’s Name & ID Type or By Assessment ID (For Citizen Data Only ]
Step 2 : If you click By Name, Father’s Name & ID Type please fill the below details
Step 3 : Select State Name [Tamil Nadu]
Step 4 : Select District Name [Chennai]
Step 5 : Select City Name [Chennai]
Step 6 : Enter Your Name * [ranjani]
Step 7 : Enter Your Father’s Name * [Vinoth Kumar]
Step 8 : Select ID Type [Aadhaar/Other ID]
Step 9 : Enter Aadhar No OR Other ID No [897563247851]
Step 10 : Enter Mobile No. [9876543210]
Step 11 : Click Submit Button. Now take your Assessment form for print out format.

Track Assessment Form

Go to the official website of PMAY and then click “Citizen Assessment” tab in main menu, Click “Track Assessment” link from the drop down menu
Step 1 : Slect Any one Check box [By Name, Father’s Name & ID Type or By Assessment ID (For Citizen Data Only ]
