MSVC Registration

This facility is for MSVC online registration. Follow the below guidelines for registration as well as renewal.

Go to the official website of MSVC. Click the link New Registration available under Veterinary Doctor’s Section in the right panel of website.

A registration page will be opened and you are required to fill all the details.
First answer the question as Do you have Provisional registration no or not.

Personal Information :
Step 1 : Enter Your Full Name along with Father & Mother Names [Full Name (as per appeared on Degree Certificate) with Father Name & Last Name]
Step 2 : Select Your Date of birth From the Calendar (Eg : 17/002/1993)
Step 3 : Select Your Gender as Male or Female
Step 4 : Select Your Category From Drop Down List (Eg : OBC)
Step 5 : Enter Your Nationality in the Text Box (Eg : Indian)
Step 6 : Enter Your Name of the state residents (Eg : Maharashtra)
Step 7 : Enter Your Aadhar Card No (Eg : 12341334123)
Step 8 : Select Your Sector From Drop Down List (Eg : Private)

Educational Qualification :
Step 9 : Select Your Degree From Drop Down List (Eg : B.V.Sc)
Step 10 : Select Date Of passing From the Calendar (Eg : 17/002/2017)
Step 11 : Enter Your University Name (Eg : Maharashtra University of Health Sciences)
Step 12 : Enter Your College Name (Eg :Government Medical College )

Contact Details :
Step 13 : Enter Your Mobile No (Eg : 9999999999)
Step 14 : Enter Your Email Id (Eg : abcde @ gmail.com)
Step 15 : Select whether Candidate belongs to county other than India
Step 16 : Enter Your Permanent Address by filling the fields like State, District, Taluka, Village & Pincode

Document Details :
Upload your photo and signature as per specification required
Browse all the required documents given below and upload the same by clicking browse button.
Degree Certificate – Upload Only .pdf file, less than 5 MB
Identity Proof – Upload Only .pdf, less than 5 MB
Proof of DOB – Upload Only .pdf file, less than 5 MB
Proof of State Domicile Certificate – Upload Only .pdf file, less than 5 MB
Upload Affidavit of Magistrate – Upload Only .pdf file, less than 5 MB
Upload FIR – Upload Only .pdf file, less than 5 MB
Transcript – Upload Only .pdf file, less than 5 MB

Step 18 : Accept the declaration by enabling the checkbox
Step 19 : Click Continue to Fees Details Button

Note : For original documents verification a person should submit original certificates for verification within 15 days of online registration in Council’s office personally or by post for new registration

Renewal Registration

Go to the link Renewal Registration which is available under Veterinary Doctor’s Section.

Step 1 : Enter Your Registration No which you obtained during initial registration (Eg : 12345)
Step 2 : Select Your Date of birth From the Calendar (Eg : 17/002/1993)
Step 3 : Enter Security Code Image in the box provided
Step 4 : Click Login Button

If your Registration status is Invalid then you can see below page. For renew your registration Click on “Renew Registration”.

If your Registration status is valid then you can see below page.

Fill the Renew Registration Form and click on “Update.

Then Click on “Continue to fees details” button.

Fee Structure of Renew Registration. If you have to apply for degree up gradation then select the check box and then Click on “Continue to pay online”

Select your paying option (Net Banking, Credit – Debit Card or IMPS etc.)

Kindly check the payment gateway Charges for Debit & Credit Card. Select Bank if Doctor wants to do Payment through Debit or Credit card.

Kindly check the payment gateway Charges for Net Banking. Select your Bank.
or
Kindly check the payment gateway Charges for IMPS. Select Pay Gov India.

Click on “Proceed for Payment”

Choose paying option to fees paid & then click on “Pay Now” option. Then Click on “Continue” to process. Mail sent successfully to your registered mail id. Click on “OK”.

If you paid fee without degree up-gradation fee you can see this Payment Receipt. Doctor will get “Payment receipt” and “Transaction Successful” Message after successful payment. Otherwise get “Transaction Failed” message if payment not done.

If Transaction failed then login again & repeat all above steps of registration.

FAQs

1) How long is my registration valid ?
5 years from the date of registration.

2) In whose name the Demand Draft for the payment should be issued ?
Registrar,Maharashtra State Veterinary Council,Nagpur.

3) Is it necessary to surrender the original registration certificate at the time of renewal?
Yes. It is necessary to surrender the original certificate at the time of renewal of registration along with requisite forms. To avoid its misuse it is cancelled and kept for record in the file of respective registered veterinary Practitioner.

4) My registration certificate is lost. What should I do ?
As per Maharashtra State Veterinary Council Rule,Rule 11(6) duplicate certificate can be issued on payment of requisite service charge and production of F.I.R. and an affidavit made to that effect.

5) I registered once. Is it necessary to renew registration ?
Yes. As per Section 48(1) of Indian Veterinary Council Act 1984, it is mandatory to renew registration after every 5 years.

6) I am holding “Doctor of Veterinary Medicine” from Ross University,USA. Can I get registration in Maharashtra State Veterinary Council ?
No. All the degrees related to Veterinary Science from foreign Universities are not included in Schedule (2) of I.V.C.Act. One should be resident of the State of Maharashtra.

  1. Please let me know the procedure to generate the receipt of fees paid online.

  2. I have misplaced my Licence certificate during renovation of my clinic. In the interim till I find my original certificate, is it possible for me to get a temporary letter from the MSVC that I am registered and have a valid current licence to practice. My MSVC Licensed Number is 102.
