Security Guard (12 Posts) For Bangalore Plant

Educational Qualification

Should have Passed SSLC


Below 30 years as on the date of the advertisement. (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC)


Total emoluments at Rs.18,996/-(Basic + VDA+HRA) at the minimum of the Pay Scale of Rs.4040-90-5120-95-6355 plus allowances and perks as per the Company’s prevailing rules.

Terms of Appointment:
Appointment on Tenure basis for a period of Five years, with provision of absorption in regular rolls of the Company subject to Company’s requirement and satisfactory performance of the official.

Maximum age limit for Ex-Service Personnel:
The period of service in the Armed forces plus 3 years shall be deducted from the actual age of the person should not be exceed the age prescribed above and the actual age should be below 53.

With NCC /Defence / Para-Military Force exposure.

1.First Preference will begiven to Candidates with Defence / Para-Military Experience.
2.NCC-B Level certificate holders and security guard experience only will be considered.


1.Statutory benefits i.e. Provident Fund/Gratuity etc., as per relevant Act.
2.Medical Facility / subsidized Canteen/ Conveyance as per Company rules.
3.Company’s residential quarters subject to availability in which case HRA is not admissible.
4.20 days of Earned leave, 15 days of Casual leave and 05 days of Sick leave as per Company, Rules for Non-Officers.
5.Present Variable Dearness Allowance @340.2% of Basic pay, HRA@ 30% of basic pay.

Documents Required

Application should be accompanied with the following:

1.Attested photocopies of certificates and mark sheets in proof of Educational Qualification (SSLC and onwards). Originals should be produced for verification at the time of physical efficiency test.
2. SC/ST category candidates should attach attested photocopy of Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority. Originals should be produced for verification at the time of appointment.
3. OBC (Non-creamy layer) category candidates should attach attested photocopy of latest OBC Non creamy layer Certificate issued by the competent authority.
4. Ex-service personnel category candidates should attach attested copy of service certificate. Originals should be produced for verification at the time of Test.
5. In case of candidates from Government / Quasi Government / PSU, ‘No objection letter’ from the present Employer has to be produced at the time of interview.
6. Candidates are requested to check their eligibility criteria with regard to age, educational qualification and experience against the advertisement.

5.The Company reserves the right to consider only those candidates for Competitive Aptitude/Technical test/Group task who according to its decision rank high in terms of eligibility criteria.
6.Decision of the Company with regard to eligibility of Candidates will be final. Mere eligibility will not entitle any candidates for admission to selection.
7.Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature.
8.Company reserves the right to fill all or partially or not to fill any of the post/s. The No. of posts to be filled may decrease or increase depending on the actual / future requirements of the company.
9.Applications with insufficient information / incomplete will be rejected.
10..Certificate of mark sheet of SSLC and Ex-service men candidates -Discharge book (Compulsory)issued by the competent authority should be attached.
