RCI Renewal of Registration

This facility describes about Renewal of Registration of RCI and also deals about new registation.

In the online application form C / D / Renewal of registration, CRR no. and date of registration has to be filled as mentioned on the Registration Certificate. Form will open with all the previous details of the applicant.

Step 1 : Enter Your Registration ID (Eg : B03061)
Step 2 : Enter Your Certificate Date of Registration From Drop Down List (Eg : 14/04/2013)
Step 3 : Click Submit Button

New RCI Registration

Go to the link for new application as shown below.

Step 1 : Enter Your UTR/ TRN Number (Eg : 563254785)
Step 2 : Enter Your Date Of Birth (Eg : 17/09/1990)
Step 3 : Enter Your Bank Name (Eg : Indian Bank)
Step 4 : Select Your Title From Drop Down List (Eg : Mr)
Step 5 : Enter Your First & Last Name (Eg : Himandri Das)
Step 6 : Finally click Submit Button

Payment Details

For Payment of Rs.1000 / Rs.500 / Rs.1500 through NEFT of any Nationalized Bank following details must be followed:

It has been observed that applicants are still sending payment through demand draft/ depositing of Cash, which is not acceptable now.

To overcome the delay in verification of transaction, it has been decided to accept payment through NEFTIRTGS only to the Council’s Bank Account of Canara Bank as detailed below. Earlier Punjab National Bank was also authorised by the Council to remit the fee, but now payment through only Canara Bank shall be accepted.

General Instructions

1. Original Certificate of Authentication with recent passport size photograph should be submitted with seal & stamp from the institution(s)
2.. Photocopy of Rehabilitation Certificate and Marksheet must be self attested .
3. In case the Course code / Institute code / University code is not available in the online application, please select Any other.

4. If all information is filled appropriately, after Submission of the form the applicant will get the Provisional Registration Certificate with Provisional Registration ID which is valid for 1 year (Only for Form A / C / Renewal / FCSEDE).

5. A print copy of this certificate must be sent to RCI with other attested / original documents within 10 days.
6. A print copy of this certificate must be sent to RCI with other attested / original documents (as mentioned in table above) within 10 days.
7. In case the applicant has selected an option of Any other for Course code / Institute code / University code, the Provisional Registration Certificate will not be issued.
8. Such candidates will receive an Acknowledgement of submission and the registration in CRR will be considered as per the decision of committee / Norms.

Documents Required

The documents should be enclosed in this order before sending it to RCI for obtaining printed certificate alongwith Central Rehabilitation Register no.(CRR no.):
i. Photo copy of Provisional Registration ID
ii. Original UTR/TRN Slip issued by Bank.
iii. Self attested photocopy of Bank slip (in case of RTGS/NEFT payment)
iv. Authentication Certificate with recent passport size photograph (Original)
v. Self attested Photocopy of final year Rehabilitation Qualification Mark sheet
vi. Self attested Photocopy of Rehabilitation Qualification Certificate
vii. Self attested Photocopy of Class 10th/ 12thMarksheet / Certificate (for age proof)
viii. Printed Application form for Good Standing with Signature (Original)(only incase of Good Standing)
ix. 2 Testimonials of character and conduct from persons of standing (Original)(only incase of Good Standing)
x. 2 references from prominent persons (Original)(only incase of Good Standing)
xi. Self attested photocopy of CRE / Seminar / Workshop / etc. certificates (only incase of Renewal of registration)
xii. Original Registration Certificate (of earlier qualification) (only incase of Addition of Qualification)

The documents should be sent within 10 days after submission of online application to the address

  1. I Registered with RCI in 2004 following which I have not renewed my registration. I have not attended any CRE programmes also. I wish to renew now! How do I do this procedure?

    1. Dr.Ravi you need to attend CRE program to accumlate100 points. you need to attend the programs conducted through RCI only for getting these points.After these 100 points you need to go to option Renewal of registration ,pay fee and send the certificates to RCI

    I had registered as a Professional in the year 1999. I was Director of one of the National Institutes of DEPWD from 2008 and subsequently superannuated while functioning as a the Director attached to DEPWD and was also been Director of RCI for an interim period.

    I have peer reviewed publications (co-author), chapters in Books, co-authored books in the area of disability rehabilitation and one of the research projects was adjudged for National Award in the year 2008.

    I got superannuated as Director of the National Institute while functioning from DEPWD.

    As a Faculty and Director of the National Institute I was also faculty in the CRE programs of RCI.

    I am not able to find appropriate sections to highlight the achievements to renew the RCI Registration as i intend to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.

  6. I need to renew my RCI registration. The initial date of registration is 08/05/2002. An additional qualification was added once in 2009. As per the links and guidelines provided on RCI website, I am entering the details as desired. Every time itis showing the message to enter valid details. I have checked it number of times but the entry is denied. Kindly tell me how can I renew my registration.

    Am a special educator ihave registered RCI in 2009but unfortunately I couldn’t renew RCI registration now I want to renew RCI registration and I completed CRE point also from 4days am trying to renew but some problems what I don’t know please send me what to do

  8. I had registered in your Organisation on 29 Apr 2015 for RCI Registration (Regd No A44080). Now I applied for renewal on 15 Mar 2021 and paid Rs 500/- through my SBI Debit Card 05.00pm, Amount Rs 500/-debited from my SBI Saving Bank Account (Statement Attached for ready refence ) but not generated any acknowledgement. Today (16 Mar 2021) also I applied for renewal and paid Rs 500/- through canara bank Online at 0500pm, amount Rs 500/- deducted from my canara bank account (statement attached for ready reference)but not generated any acknowledgement.

    1. I had registered in your Organisation on 30JAN 2008 for RCI Registration (Regd No A09942). Now I applied for renewal on25 Mar 2021 and paid Rs 500/- through my SBI accountthrough NEFT 01.00pm, Amount Rs 500/-debited from my SBI Saving Bank Account (NEFT PAYRECEIPTfor ready refence ) but not generated any acknowledgement. Today (25 Mar 2021) also I applied for renewal and paid Rs 500/- through SBI bank Online at01.00pm, amount Rs 500/- deducted from my SBI bank account (NEFT PAY SLIP for ready reference)but not generated any acknowledgement.

  9. Sir, i am a bearer on CARE no A00449.Renewal of same is due. I have deposited fee rs. 500/- two times but renewal could not done. Application returned with remarks that fee not received. What should I do, pl suggest.

    Secondly I again want to deposit fee due no option is there at online portal for application for renewal. Pl suggest in above both matters.
