Tata Power Pay Electricity Bills Online
Customers can use this facility to pay their electricity bills and download duplicate receipts etc. Go to the official website of Tata Power DDL. It is also available in the above link.

Click Pay Your Bill Online link which is available in the top panel of the website.
Step 1 : Enter Your CA Number (Eg : 54875965)
Step 2 : Enter Your Email Id (Eg : abcde @ gmail.com)
Step 3 : Type the code from the Image
Step 4 : Accept the terms & conditions
Step 5 : Click Pay Now Button
Pay by entering Registered Mobile No :
If you are willing to pay by your Mobile No click the link “Pay by entering Registered Mobile No” available in the bill payment page.
Enter your Registered Mobile No & click Get Details Button.
Select respective CANO and click Continue Button.
Now the payment page will be redirected with CA Number & mobile number loaded. Then you can follow the same procedure for payment as described above.
Credit/Debit card payments :
** No part payment shall be allowed on Credit/Debit Card online payments.
** Any payment through Credit/Debit Cards shall be required to be made at least 3 days in advance before due date.
** No processing fees/charges shall be charged by Tata Power-DDL for payment made up to a limit of Rs 5000/- during one billing cycle.
** For payments above Rs 5000/-, the processing fees/charges shall be collected directly by the Issuer Bank / Payment Gateway etc from the consumer.
** Making online payment through same Credit/Debit Card is allowed for five Contract Account Numbers (CA) during one billing cycle.
** Registered Consumer required to ensure that payment is made through valid Credit/Debit card, for which consumer may require to prove authentication of card holder.
Net banking Payments :
** There is no minimum or maximum payment limit on Net Banking Facility.
** Consumers can make part payments also.
** No processing fees/charges shall be collected by Issuer Bank/Payment Gateway etc. on payment made by the consumer.
Other Important Points :
** Online payment shall be reflected in your account with in 4 hours.
** In case customer gets a Transaction Failure message and the amount gets debited from his/her Bank Account, please check the E-receipt of the payment on Tata Power-DDL website after 4 hours for confirmation of payment.
** Outstanding Amount is displayed after adjustment of any debit/credit that has been provided subsequent to generation of your Monthly bill (excluding Late Payment surcharge, if any).
Download e-Payment & Confirmation Slip
Click the link Download Last E-payment receipt available in Customer Zone Panel. You can download Last e-Payment Receipt For the following bills.
1. Energy Bill
2. Demand Note
3. Energy Installment
Energy Bill : Enter Your CA Number to download e-Receipt.
Demand Note : Request Number is required to download the receipt
Energy Installment : You need Installment Number here to download the receipt
Download Last Payment Confirmation Slip :
Click the link Last Payment Confirmation Slip available. Enter CANO and click Submit button to download the slip.

Drop Boxes :
Consumers can pay their electricity bills through cheques in drop boxes located in different branches of Axis Bank and ATM.
** There are more than 1000+ Axis Bank Branches and ATMs spread in Delhi & NCR.
** Cheque should be raised in favor of “Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd CA No XXXXXXXXXXX” or “TPDDL CA NO XXXXXXXXXXX”
** Payment made through Axis drop box/branches gets updated in Tata Power-DDL system next day.
** Only energy bill payment can be made through this channel.
** It is not necessary that consumer should hold Axis bank account for payment of electricity bill in Axis Bank ATM/branches.
Electronic Bill Payment & Presentment : (EBPP)
Consumer can get himself registered for Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment (EBPP) directly through Bank via net banking/credit card.
Consumer may choose following options to pay his bill:
Manual: Consumer can view and pay his bill as and when presented
Auto-pay: Bill amount gets deducted from his A/c as and when presented for payment.
Standing instruction: Maximum limit can be set for bill payment where amount will be debited only when bill amount is less than or equal to the limit set.
Benefits of ECS/EBPP:
** Most convenient and safe way of making payment.
** No need to stand in queue for making electricity bill payment.
** No need to make payment at any cash counter/any other avenue, thus saving commuting cost
** No need to remember due dates, thus reducing chances of defaults
** Payment of your electricity bills will be automatically collected by our Bank from your Bank account.

Step 1 : Enter Your Contract Account Number (Eg : 54464545)
Step 2 : If you don’t know CA click the give check box and & enter old KNo there.
Step 3 : Enter Your Meter Number(Eg : 26585) [Optional]
Step 4 : Enter Your Sanction Load(in KW) (Eg :100) [Optional]
Step 5 : Enter Your E-Mail Address (Eg :abcde @ gmail.com)
Step 6 : Enter Verification Code
* means field is mandatory.
* Please enter either meter no. or sanctioned load for completing registration process.
Step 7 : Agree the Terms & Conditions
