Customers who have had a good track record with us with respect to their Credit Card spends, transaction pattern and Payment history become eligible for Personal Loan on Credit Card.
Modes of Fund Transfer :
** Loan amount would be credited to your ICICI Bank Savings Account
** For customers who do not have an ICICI Bank Savings Account, funds would be transferred via NEFT or Demand Draft would be issued to the customer.
** For NEFT, customer needs to send the scanned copy of cancelled cheque/ Bank Statement clearly mentioning the IFSC code to .
Time taken for Fund Transfer :
Fund transfer to customer’s account usually takes 3-4 working days.
In case customer opts for a demand draft request, the same takes up to 11 working days to receive the draft.
iTrack Status Tracking Application
“iTrack” is ICICI Bank’s official deliverable status tracking application. The deliverable status can be tracked either through the iTrack Mobile App or the iTrack link on icicibank.com
Click Track Button and you will be asked to login to internet banking application.
Track Deliverables :
Track Deliverables feature lets you know the status of deliverables dispatched to you by ICICI Bank like cheque book, debit/ credit card, bank statements etc. The deliverable status can be tracked by logging into Internet Banking or iMobile (Services > Check Status > Track Deliverables).

Track Deliverables features :
** You can search on the basis of account number
** You can track the status of the deliverables dispatched in the past 90 days
** If your deliverable is returned to ICICI Bank, you can request for re-dispatch directly from iMobile app or Internet Banking by giving the preferred address for re-dispatch.
Stages in dispatch :
Listed below are the various stages in the dispatch of a deliverable
Dispatched: Your deliverable has been handed over to courier by ICICI Bank for dispatch
In-Transit, Awaiting delivery information: Your deliverable has been dispatched by ICICI Bank through courier and is in transit.
Attempted, Awaiting delivery information: First delivery attempt made by courier agency was unsuccessful. Courier will attempt the delivery again Shipment delivered: Your shipment has been delivered
Undelivered, Returned to Bank: Delivery attempts made by the courier agency were unsuccessful. Your deliverable has been returned to ICICI Bank.
Note: There may be a lag in updating the delivery information from couriers. Most recent information available will be displayed to you.

Online Credit Card Payments
With Click To Pay, you can now use the NetBanking facility of other bank accounts to pay your ICICI Bank Credit Card Bill. Payment will reflect in your ICICI Bank Card account within 3 working days.

Pay your ICICI Bank Credit Card outstandings in 4 simple steps

Select the bank from which you would like to make your ICICI Bank credit card payment (we partner only with select banks as given in the dropdown)

Step 2 : Select Select Card type. *
Enter your 15/16 digit ICICI Bank Credit Card number and the amount you would like to pay

Important Message : In the case of double payment (i.e. for the same credit card number and of the same amount) on a particular day, only one payment-transaction will be processed

Enter your authentication details (Net Banking User ID and Password of your Bank Account / Equivalent details)
Confirm payment amount
Your account will get debited instantaneously
Step 9 :Receive online confirmation
You will receive a Transaction Reference Number on successful completion of transaction

If you have opened an account recently, you will find your Internet Banking User ID/ Password in the Welcome Kit provided to you at the time of Account opening.
In case you have forgotten your User ID or password and have a registered mobile number, you can get your User ID instantly on your registered mobile number and you can immediately set a new password online

Is it necessary to get my mobile number/e-mail registered to generate a login/ transaction passwords online?
Yes, it is mandatory to have a registered mobile number updated for resident Saving Account holders and an e-mail ID for NRI account holders.
What is a ‘6-digit unique number’? How is it different from a password?
The 6-digit unique number is sent to your registered mobile number for Resident Saving account holders and e-mail ID for NRI account holders.You need to validate this number on the validate option available to generate your new password.
I am unable to use the ‘Online password generation’ facility for my Credit Card, Loan and Demat accounts.
This facility is currently available only for Savings account holders of ICICI Bank. Please call our Customer Care to place request for password of your Credit Card, Demat and loan accounts.
I am getting the message `Password reset recently’.
It is possible that you have already placed a request for the generation of password through phone banking/branch which has been processed and sent to you. Please call Customer Care for the dispatch details.
I have entered the unique number incorrectly 3 times. The system states this facility has been disabled, what should I do?
For the security of the account, the facility of “Online password generation” has been disabled for your User ID. Please call the Customer Care from your registered mobile number to enable the online password generation facility.
What is the validity of the unique number received by me?
The validity of your unique number is only 24 hours. Please validate your unique number within 24 hours and generate your passwords. If you could not validate your unique number, please regenerate it again.
My card was approved last month but i didn’t received my card. Please advise. My application no is W110101535332
You can check the status using App Id & card number.
How will I get my loan amount after application?
Loan amount would be credited to your ICICI Bank Savings Account
