How To Apply For Nadakacheri Online Certificate?

Following are the guidelines to make online application for all certificates.

* Best viewed in IE7 or higher. Pop-up blocker has to be disabled.

Go to nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in and click on “Apply Online” below in left side.


Then user will get Nadakacheri Login page, Enter Mobile number

 

Click on ‘HOME button to enter Nadakacheri home page.

Instructions to Apply Online

Steps to Apply Online :
** Select required service / certificate
** Fill in applicant details.
** If requested certificate exists it will be shown. Pay online and print.
** Otherwise request for fresh certificate by uploading supporting documents (PDF).
** Pay online.
** Print acknowledgment and keep for future reference.

Put the mouse over NEW REQUEST menu to see all services. Click on the required service.

For Example, Click on the Caste Certificates.

** Existing valid certificate will be searched based on given Aadhaar No/Ration CardNo/Name of the applicant within the habitation/ward.
** If Ration Card Number is not available , enter 9999 in the place of RationCard Number
** If the search result is not matching with your requirement, reject all the results one by one.
** You will be redirected to apply for fresh application
** In the fresh page, you will not be allowed to change the information which are typed in the below columns. Give the correct information to search
** If the search result is matching with your requirement, select any one of the result to proceed

Enter user details as shown below and click search button

Step 1 : Enter Ration Card Number
Step 2 : Enter Aadhaar Number
Step 3 : Select District
Step 4 : Select Taluk
Step 5 : Select Hobli
Step 6 : Select Village
Step 7 : Select Habitation
Step 8 : Enter Applicant’s Name
Step 9 : Enter Father/Guardian/Husband Name
Step 10 : Rural/ Urban
Step 11 : Select English/ Kannada
Step 12 : Click Search Button

** If the search result is not matching with your requirement, reject all the results one by one.
** You will be redirected to apply for fresh application

** If the search result is matching with your requirement, select any one of the result to proceed

Select the mode of delivery,as NadaKacheri OR Registered Post.

And upload the Required documents for the caste and Income certificate. Red colour labels indicates compulsory fields and remaining fields are optional but need produce for easy and fast process of applications. And then click on ‘Save’ to save or ‘Cancel’ for cancelation.

Enter the Image Value provided in the text,

Click on ‘Save’ button, then will generate ACK no, and user will receive same ACK no to his mobile.

Click ‘OK’ button, then Click on ‘Online Payment’ button to pay the application fees. Then will show the following message as below. Click ‘OK’ to proceed or ‘Cancel’ to cancel the payment.

In the bill payment page, choose the card payment: Credit Cards, Internet Banking, Debit Cards, Select the Card Type, and click on ‘Make Payment’.

Provide required details then click on ‘Make Payment’.

Choose the appropriate option then continue… Then click

Then click ‘Generate OTP’ for authentication.

NOTE:
The application will be accepted only after successful online payment of application fees. After successful payment, ACK no. will appear in concerned Nadakacheri’s for further process of application. And final certificate will get in concerned Nadakacheri center.

Get Status :
You can get status by entering acknowledgement number shown below.

Address Change :
You can change your address by entering acknowledgement number shown below.

Print Application :
You can print your application by entering acknowledgement number shown below.

Work Flow

** Applicant logs into the Nadakacheri website
** Applicant has to click Apply Online.
** Login to NK Application, using Mobile number.

Raise request Using NK Application
** Enter Details.
** Upload documents requested for the service.
** Request Id is generated.
** Pay the fee via Payment gateway (mode of payment – Credit card, Debit card etc.).
** Request is saved after successful Payment.

** The Request saved is sent to the respective Server.
** The Applicant receives an sms confirming the successful submission of application
** The application is routed to the concerned NK & available in the operator login for printing of checklist.
** Nadakacheri operator prints the checklist along with document uploaded.
** The Checklist along with documents is handed to Revenue Inspector.
** Field verification is carried by Revenue Inspector and reported.
** Application is returned to respective Nadakacheri.
** Nadakacheri Caseworker updates the details reported as per the field report.
** If the application to be signed by Tahsildar, Report is sent to Taluka Caseworker.
** Taluka Caseworker updates the details reported as per the field report.
** Deputy Tahsildar / Tahsildar digitally sign the application.
** Final Certificate is available in respective Nadakacheri
** Applicant receives an sms, that the certificate is ready
** Applicant can check the Status of the application by logging into the NK website (Application may be @ any stage).

How To Do Nadakacheri Certificate Verification?

Visit Nadakacheri website for Certificate Verification. Enter Acknowledgement No. as shown below

Note: Certificate will be displayed in Verification Site once the SMS for approval / Rejection is received

Things to Remember :
** All supporting documents which are to be uploaded should be valid PDF file. (Each PDF file size should be less than 2 MB)
** Before selecting ward, Please check ward list in nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in website under ONLINE APPLICATION TAB
** Application will be forwarded to Selected Hobli Revenue Department Officials
** After the Successful Payment only Application is Valid
** Application Status can be viewed @ any time by clicking GET STATUS option
** Failed payment can be retried using “Online Payment for failed transaction” option
** All supporting documents which are to be uploaded should be valid PDF file

Cancellation / Refund policy

The fees once paid will not be refunded for applications which are successfully submitted or for successful bill payment services. Cancellation of applications / bill payments shall not be entertained.

The amount paid may be settled with the respective departments. In case of a failed transaction the user shall have no right to claim the amount.

The loss on this account shall not be borne either by Government or by the Banks / Payment Gateways. However automatic refund will be made for transactions which are not successful.

Payment Option

The list of payment options available are internet banking /debit card payment / credit card payment from banks that are listed when selecting each of the above options.

Apart from the fee chargeable to Government against each service, bank / payment gateway transaction charges will be applicable extra. Once you register yours and your family members basic profile data as the case may be, you can apply for a service.

For online payment services the registration with Mobile number is mandatory.

The status of the applications submitted online shall be searched using the Status menu. SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number at different stages of processing of your application.

In case of a failed transaction the user shall have no right to claim the amount. The loss on this account shall not be borne either by Government or by the Banks /Payment Gateways.

I am not able to get income & caste certificate application online.
The applicant can come to the Nadakacheri/AJSK at the hobli level to raise the application or submit applications online through the Nadakacher. The Caste certificates have life time validity & the Income certificates are valid for five years. Hence, it is not necessary to apply for these certificates every year.
