Enter you order number and click Track order button to know the status.

To register in the website first go to sign in option.

If you are new to ShopCJ then click on Sign Up button.

Enter Mobile Number and click on continue button.

You will receive One Time Password in the given mobile number.

Step 2 : Enter your email id
Step 3 : Enter Password
Enter at least 8 characters with a combination of numbers, alphabets & special characters.
Step 4 : Confirm Password
Step 5 : Click Sign Up Button

Add new Shipping Address :
Step 1 : Select Title
Step 2 : Enter your First Name
Step 3 : Enter your Last Name
Step 4 : Enter your Address Description
Step 5 : Enter your Pin Code
City and State will be automatically selected
Step 6 : Click Ship to this Address button

Now you can start shopping in your login.

You can upload your image in the login by clicking the link available.

Select the file and click upload image button.

You can also view your oder history by clicking ‘My Order History’ tab.

Click on sign in button to login to your page.

Click Forgot password link to retrieve your forgotten password by entering your email id or mobile number.

Why do I need to pay shipping fee?
The Seller is paying a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 49 for products under Rs. 1499 & Rs. 99 for Products above Rs. 1500 on certain categories of products. However, in all such cases, we will be giving a Gift Voucher of Rs. 100 which you can use and redeem against your future purchases.

Why is there a difference in shipping fee?
Based on the product category and value, you may see a difference in the shipping fee applied. However, rest assured, you still get the product on Shop CJ at a very good deal.

Will I get my product faster or within the same day if I pay the shipping fees?
No, the Turn Around Time (TAT) for the product delivery stays the same. However, the Seller will try to ensure that the product is delivered within the mentioned TAT.

What is the maximum shipping fee I may have to pay?
The shipping fee varies between 49 and 99 depending on the product price and category.

Do I have to pay the shipping fee again if I need to exchange the product?
No. Incase if there is any issue with the product and the customer wants to exchange the product, there is no shipping fee applicable on the exchange transaction.

Incase my product is returned, will I get the shipping fee refunded as well?
Yes. Entire amount including the shipping fee will be refunded at the time of settlement.

I would like to sell products on SHOP CJ shopping site. Where and whom should I contact?

How will my refund be processed?
A refund is processed based on the mode of payment.
The following manner is used for refund :
** Debits from a credit/ debit card are refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card itself and will feature in the following months billed statement.
** In case of refund, debits from net banking accounts are credited back to bank account.

How do I return or exchange products?

Will the product be dispatched on the date its placed?
There is a minimum lead-time of delivery associated with the product i.e. the number of days required by the logistic partner of the franchisee/seller to deliver the product to your address. The lead-time of delivery may vary from product to product and may range from 5-10 working days.

How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can check the status of your order at “My Zone” after logging on to or contact the call center numbers 011-3355-5533 / 022-3355-5533 (6:00am to 1:00am) or write to response @

How do I cancel an order?
If you do not wish to purchase a product due to any reason after ordering, you can contact 011-3355-5533 / 022-3355-5533 between 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and get your order cancelled.

How can I search for my order number and details?
A unique order number is generated and saved in your shopping home page under ‘My Zone’. You can access your account and view the details and status of your order. Simultaneously, you will be informed about your order, through an email.

Can I come to the office and pick the item by paying in cash?
The franchisee/seller uses only the TV Channel / web portal to book orders. There is no retail outlet of the franchisee/seller wherein the customers can come and view the products and pay for the same.

Will I get any discount if I order for more than one quantity?
No discounts offered by the franchisee/seller for bulk purchases. If you are placing a corporate order, please fill the “Bulk Order Inquiry” form and your order will be dealt with separately.

Can I pay through Mobile?
Currently, the franchisee/seller does not have the facility of payment for orders via mobile. Please update your mobile number on so that regular updates about any such facility may be sent to you.

What is “COD” & “DD”? How can I avail them?
“COD” means cash on delivery wherein you can choose to pay for an order by cash at the time of receiving the product. Payment by “DD” means your option to pay for the products by way of a Demand Draft.

I am trying to place an order, but the system is not accepting the address/ pin code?
The logistics of the franchisee/seller would attempt to deliver products across all cities in India. However, at times certain areas are not serviceable.

If the system is not accepting the address/ pin code at which you are requesting delivery, it may be possible that the franchisee/seller does not have delivery services in that particular area. You are requested to change the delivery address for that order or contact 011-3355-5533 / 022-3355-5533.

How are the shipping charges calculated?
As of now there are no shipping charges on purchases from the franchisee/seller.

What if I do not have a password or do not remember the password?
The password will be emailed to you as soon as you register at and you can retrieve the password from the inbox of your registered mail.

What is the delivery time? I did not received my product for more than a week.
The delivery time may range from 5-10 days, depending on the nature of the product.

I am trying to place an order. However, the products status is ‘out of stock’
If a product is not available, the status “out of stock” is mentioned online. You may place your order as soon as the product is available.

Let me know if I will be charged in Rupees or Dollars for placing an order from outside India?
Currently franchisee/seller/seller does not accept payments from outside India and/ or credit cards issued outside India. Orders with delivery destination outside India are also not booked by them. All charges, therefore, are mentioned in Indian Rupees, payment whereof has to be made as such.
